Duties:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable by reviewing invoices, verifying information, and processing payments
- Prepare financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance
Skills:
- Proficient in bookkeeping software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate meaningful reports
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
