Must have strong previous experience in bookkeeping with: QuickBooks and Accounting, Microsoft Excel & Word.
Attention to detail with thoroughness
Organization Analyzing and Reporting skills PC proficiency
(Ability to learn new software)
Data entry skills with general math skills
Problem-solving skills
High school diploma
Attire:
business to business casual. No jeans, t-shirts, or tennis shoes.
Responsibilities:
All elements of bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll along with some customer communication and, of course, helping us all stay organized!
Creates and maintains an organized office environment
Monitors employee data and payroll
Maintains payroll information by directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data
Determines payroll liabilities by approving the calculation of employee federal and state income and social security taxes, and employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
