What Requirements Are We Looking For?

• Quickbooks Online Experience Required - We are looking for someone who is so good at Quickbooks Online, they can teach others how to use it.
• Four Years of More of Bookkeeping Experience Required - If you're applying to this job, this isn't your first rodeo. You've been around the block as a successful bookkeeper and you're looking for a refreshing change in the company you work for!
• Experienced in Various Industries Preferred - We deal with companies in all sorts of industries, so a familiar understanding of how financial statements impact company's bottom lines is essential here.
• Proficient in Payroll Management, A/P, A/R and Other Administrative Tasks - We help business owners with all sorts of financial administrative activities.
• Strong Computer Skills - Technology does not intimidate you.
• Customer Service Experience Preferred - You will interface with clients weekly, so it’s important for you to learn how to speak with confidence to our clients.
• Pass a Background Check - If you have a past, that’s fine. We just need to know that you’re not a psycho.
• Regularly Shower - It’s just better for everyone if you keep good hygiene.
• Must Appreciate Dad Jokes - The boss is a new dad, so you’ll have to bear with his dad jokes and quips.
