Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper located in North Bergen, NJ. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing:

Accounts payable and accounts receivables,

Reconciling bank accounts and financial statements, creating journal entries and maintaining general ledger,

Processing employee's and temp timesheet and managing payroll and taxes.

401K process enrollment, deposit, distribution and participant loan. Review Non discriminating test and file Form 5500.

Handling basic HR functions and all insurance matters (medical, dental, DBL, WC, and company general/ product liability, cargo and domestic transport, etc. )

Qualifications

• Experience in managing financial statements, journal entries, bookkeeping, and payroll taxes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus

This is an on site position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
