- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry & processing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
