IT Data Analyst

Job Description:

Unison Systems is looking for an IT Data Analyst to join our team.This person must strong Microsoft Platforms experience specifically with Power BI. They also must have strong SharePoint experience.This person will act as the admin for several clients. They will be inputting, updating, and validating very important information.

Government Agency/Public Sector is preferred or any Compliance/Regulatory experience any of the following industries will work: Wastewater, Power, Transit, Transportation, Roadway, DOD space, etc.Private Sector is acceptable.

The IT Data Analyst performs a broad range of complex technical and professional work functions to analyze and protect data across the enterprise. The role is technical and requires an in-depth understanding of technologies and functions. The role also requires an understanding of business goals/strategy and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.This is a full-time opportunity requiring a minimum of 3 days on site in Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities

• Data inputting, data analysis, documentation, validate data, and pull reports.
• Participates in planning sessions related to projects or new technologies to implement process improvement within the functional area.
• Builds relationships with developers and stakeholders.
• Regularly research and learn new tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) in public and closed forums.

Required and Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in a software development environment
• Microsoft Platforms-Power BI specifically
• Experience with visual design factors
• Microsoft SQL Server
• SharePoint
• Must possess excellent customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, work well with others in an integrated team environment, and must be self-motivated.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
