Schedule for the Front Office Associate:
- Monday: 8:45AM - 6:00PM
- Tuesday: 7:45AM - 5:00PM
- Wednesday*
- Thursday: 7:15AM - 4:30PM
- Friday: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
*Wednesday shift is as needed
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate:
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- Dental (orthodontic specific) experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Dolphin software is a plus
- Handle incoming calls, mail, email, and text correspondence promptly and professionally
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling
- Communicate effectively with the patients and the team
- Verify and update patient insurance information
- Confirm patient appointments and conduct follow-up calls post-appointment
- Accurately enter and update patient information
- Possesses great phone and organizational skills
- Has a friendly, welcoming personality
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
