About us
Smiles and Co. Pediatric Dentistry is currently a growing, single doctor dental practice (doctor owned/not corporate) that is focused on providing the very best customer service and superior pediatric care to our patients.
Looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills to take on a Front Desk managerial role at our office. Must have at least 2 years of dental insurance experience and at least 1 year of claims and billing experience. The ideal candidate would also have extensive experience managing patient accounts, revenue cycle management, running reports and managing staff. Pay range is wide as we are open to someone who we feel is a great fit but may not have extensive experience in all these areas.
Full time or part time (at least 3 days a week). Must be very comfortable with computer use, using an EMR system (we use Carestack and will provide training), and emails as our office is paperless. Ideally available to work 1 Saturday 8am-1pm a month (no Saturdays June/July)
Office Hours: Monday 8-4pm, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 9-5pm, Wednesday 10-6pm and Saturday 8-1pm (a huddle is done 30 min before patients arrive)
