SalaryThe receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests to our office. Additionally, will answer calls to the general office number as well as receiving and directing packages.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Field and route calls and inquiries to appropriate party with discretion
- Additional tasks and projects as needed
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to do "whatever it takes" to get the job done
- Interact with employees to provide and process information in response to inquiries
- Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Remarkable interpersonal skills (Verbal/Written/Listening/Presentation)
- Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong ability to work independently with little direction
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Collaborative, positive attitude with eagerness to learn and assist where needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
