Front Office Receptionist (Spanish Bilingual)

We are seeking a professional and experienced front desk receptionist to join our prestigious Qazi Cosmetic Center, located in the beautiful Newport Beach, California. As a leading provider of cosmetic procedures, including HD liposuction, mommy makeovers, acne scars, pigmentation treatments, and lasers, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and outstanding results. Responsibilities:

- Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for patients

- Check in patients and collect payments as well as consent forms

- Manage a multiple phone line system, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with multiple providers' schedules

- Maintain organized and confidential patient records and documentation

- Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure seamless patient care

- Support administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, emailing, and text management

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or concierge, preferably in a high-end setting

- Proficiency in handling a multiple phone line system

- Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)

- Strong interest in the cosmetic field and dedication to providing exceptional service

- Experience in a resort or high-end fashion retail store is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
