Front Office Receptionist

Valley MRI is a well-established and rapidly growing network of diagnostic imaging centers that proudly serve San Joaquin and surrounding counties. We are looking for confident and self-driven individuals to join our team. Valley MRI prides itself on the ability to provide professional personal and reliable imaging services.

Applicant must be comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment, while always remaining objective and patient driven to provide the best quality care to our communities.

Previous experience in a Medical/Radiology office-setting is preferred, but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate for this position.

Main responsibilities include:

• Kindly greet all patients and visitors
• complete registration, verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays
• answer phones, schedule procedures and assist the team as needed
• Occasionally travel to nearby centers to receive training or assist with coverage

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, Spanish speaking preferred, but not required

Our ideal applicant will have strong communication skills and value professionalism. Have the ability to handle high stress in emergency or busy situations, and knowledge of HIPAA requirements, procedures and protocols.
