Front Office Clerk/Receptionist

Appleby & Co., Inc, an Information Management Company, is looking for a Front Office clerk. The clerk will perform general office duties such as data entry, answering phone calls, greet visitors, document handling, record scanning and review, and other related clerical duties.

The position requires good communication skills, multi-tasking and someone who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
• Working knowledge of office devices and processes
• Must type 45 wpm
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
