New York's largest full-service locksmith service company has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Bilingual (English & Spanish speaking) Front OfficeDispatch Assistant.
We are looking for a full-time (Monday - Friday) office person with basic computer, email, and phone skills to work with our Dispatch Managers to schedule inbound service calls, respond to email requests, and remotely dispatch our 40 field-service technicians.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Coming to work on time, every day
- Punctuality and a professional demeanor
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Speaking and writing English and Spanish fluently and clearly
- Organizing a service schedule; same-day, following day, etc.
- Communicating with customers and our mechanics, before and after repairs and installations
- Excellent people and phone skills
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
