Duties:
-Greet and Check in patients
-Must be able to handle all administrative tasks with a positive attitude
-Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am- 5:30 pm
-Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
-Ensure the patient’s medical information is accurate and up to date
-Collect and review referrals for Physical Therapy
-Maintain software by updating any change, spreadsheets, and current reports
-Must have some knowledge of Workers Compensation and No Fault
- Help patients with IPAD on boarding process
_ Schedule and Confirm appointments
- Performs other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Must be able to work Monday-Fridays 9:00 am- 5:30 pm
· Minimum education of High School Diploma
·Prior experience in diagnostic/ MRI facility (preferred but not mandatory)
Salary $17-18 Depending on Experience.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
