Job Purpose:
Supports multiple doctors, multiple office oral surgery practice by maintaining office systems, directing incoming calls, supporting all Front Office duties in regards to patient check in/out.
*Educational Requirements:
*Associates Degree preferred, but not required.
Experience:
1 - 3 years of medical/dental office experience.
Duties:
* Answering multi phone lines and directing calls to appropriate department.
* Scheduling appointments and helping maintain a productive schedule for the practice.
* Supports the Front Office in various assignments to ensure a productive workflow for the day, for example, covering during lunch and/or when someone is absent for the day.
*Scanning charts, handling correspondence, helping Practice Administrator with assigned tasks.
Skills/Qualifications:
Informing Others, Reporting Skills, Computer skills, Multi line phone skills, MS word.
