Our company is seeking both a Full-time Front Office Coordinator for our fast paced, family oriented practice. The Front Office Coordinator will mainly be responsible for scheduling / rescheduling appointments, answering incoming phone calls, and completing the check in and check out process for our patients.
Our full time position will be Monday - Thursday from 8:15 am to 5:15 pm, and Friday from 8: 00am to 2:00 pm (Depending on weekly work flow.)
Responsibilities:
- Able to work well with all departments and management.
- Manage appointments and visits in a timely fashion.
- Verify Vision and Medical Insurance.
- Collect Co- payments.
- Process Medical records.
- Process incoming referrals and faxes
- Manage working in a fast pace environment while maintaining a positive attitude and good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
