McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is currently accepting applications for a Full-time Front Office Coordinator to work in its MAT program in Concord.
The program hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
What does this position do for the agency? The position is responsible for the following, with other duties as assigned:
- Serve clients in person at the desk and over the phone.
- Enter/update client demographic information in Avatar as appropriate.
- Direct clients to the appropriate clinician for services.
- Facilitate client fee payments.
- Verify Medicaid eligibility as needed.
- Sort mail and incoming/outgoing faxes
- Prepare and maintain client records.
- Order inventory.
- Complete other administrative and clerical tasks as necessary.
What kind of education and experience is needed?
Minimum High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. Preferred three years of experience in customer service, reception and administrative duties. Effective skills in typing, filing, computers, computer software, and verbal communication skills with clients and peers.
