Front Office Coordinator

RMA Group is seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator for the main Northern California office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, able to operate in a fast paced office, manage processes, and aligns with RMA Group's core values and mission.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing daily reports;
• Time Sheets;
• Accounts Payable;
• Data Entry;
• Reporting;
• Filing;
• Supporting the Project Accountants with invoicing and other needs;
• Managing the office supplies & building matters;
• Assisting the Divisional Business Manager.

Position Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Adobe;
• Highly organized;
• Detail oriented;
• Ability to manage processes and see each task through to completion;
• Unafraid to ask questions in order to understand the process;
• Team oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
