Front Office Assistant

We are a very TEAM oriented practice looking for a new addition with a positive attitude and ready to deliver outstanding patient care. We are searching for the right team member to complement our team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve all patients

Answering patient calls, emails, and 2-way text messages

Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments

Assist with patient check-in and check-out.

Maintain patient records and update information

Treatment plan presentation

Assist in back office when needed

Desired Qualifications:

· Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience

· Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image

· Strong organizational and administrative skills

· Ability to take initiative and anticipate the needs of others

· Reliability & punctuality

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Understanding and guiding patient flow

· Keeping treatment rooms stocked, neat and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
