Duties:
· Checking patients in and out
· Responding promptly to patient communications via email and texting platform
· Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments effectively
· Entering all patient information accurately
· Processing patient payments
· Presentation of treatment plans
· Contacting unscheduled patients for recall/treatment appointments
· Knowledge of dental procedures
· Explain recommendations and discuss pre and post-operative instructions with patient
· Insurance verification
· Effective communication with patients and team members
· Maintain HIPPA compliance
· Perform other related duties as required
· Maintain established company policies, procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards appropriate to this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.57 - $18.75 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
