SalaryWe are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist who is friendly, outgoing, and computer savvy!! This position is for 3 days/week in East Providence, and 1 day/week in Chepachet, Rhode Island.
Experience with multiple line phones, Microsoft Office, and good typing skills are required.
This 4 days/ week position duties include (but not limited to):
- 3 days in East Providence, 1 day in Chepachet
- Hours 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Greet patients as they arrive and sign in
- Answer phones and make outgoing calls for appointment scheduling
- Operate a desktop computer, scanner, printer, copier, and fax
- Daily communication with patients and dental offices via phone calls, emails, texts, and paper mail
- Oversee automatic appointment reminders via email and text
- Look up information on insurance plans and take payments
Romani Orthodontics is a well-known and a respected orthodontic practice that is customer focused, so we need the right fit at our busy Front Desks. Good people skills, communication skills, and an upbeat/ positive attitude are important. This is a 2nd position, so you will be training and working together with another experienced Scheduling Coordinator.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
