Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions to sales team.
- Answer a multiple line phone system and manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them to appropriate team member
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
- Assist in cycle counting and organization of material in the yard
- Processes customer payments and verify credit card information
- Data entry and filing paperwork
- Assist customers inside store and outside in yard when necessary
- Assist with order prepping when needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, Bilingual is a MUST
- Organizational abilities
- Data entry skills
