SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Properly open/close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments.
- Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
- Maintain the spa register through proper open, pre-close and close procedures, and communicate any discrepancies to management.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- Handle guests questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
- Support providers by helping to turn over tables and clean the spa and help process laundry.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be on time for your shift ready to work.
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.
- Answer the phone promptly and always with a customer service positive attitude and a smile.
- Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention in a timely and private manner
- Attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
- Utilize spa computers and booking software with efficiency
- Be adaptable, open to learning new skills, and evolving with a growing team had a spa and wellness environment

- PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- This position must be able to stay on their feet for long periods of time. Able to reach, bend, climb, grasp, kneel, push, pull and twist as needed. Must read and write English in a clear and concise manner.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
