Join our successful, growing Dental Practice as a Patient Coordinator
Our practice is expanding! We would like to add another smiling face to our Front Desk team. We are looking for a dependable, enthusiastic multi tasker to perform various administrative duties in our front office area. The Patient Coordinator plays an important part in communicating effectively with patients and maintaining organized provider schedules. Our dental office is committed to providing exceptional dental care, so if you think you have what it takes to help us accomplish this task, we'd love to hear from you. Compensation will be based on experience.
Do you have?
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skill
- Strong computer skills and the ability and desire to learn new programs
- A knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
- Dentrix or similar practice management software experience
- Experience with communication software such as Weave
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Provide quality customer service to patients at check-in and check-out.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls on a multi line phone
- Assist with meeting office financial targets by ensuring the hygiene and operative schedules are full
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and service frequency limits.
- Process outgoing insurance claims and incoming insurance payments
- Collect payments and explain treatment plans to patients
- Reconcile monetary transactions at the end of day
