Position: Front Desk Agent/Assistant Innkeeper

Location: Newport, RI

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about the inn, local attractions, and dining options
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and professionally
• Assist with breakfast service and ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their stay
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk and lobby area
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
