Responsibilities: As an Optical Sales Associate at Eyes on Lincoln, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of our optical department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Assistance and Education:
• Assist and educate patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and lens enhancements.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs and style preferences.
• Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Optical Area Management:
• Oversee all duties in the optical area, including placing orders to labs and maintaining inventory.
• Handle dispensing of eyeglasses, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Perform repairs and adjustments for eyeglasses as needed.
• Administrative Duties:
• Provide office support, including answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to optical services.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in optical sales and customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of eyeglass frames, lenses, and lens enhancements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Basic administrative and computer skills.
