We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth flow of operations at the Front Desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area and treatment area
- Apply hot packs to patients as instructed by the clinicians
Work hours are Monday - Thursday 2:45pm -6:45pm
