About us

Infinite Smiles Dentistry is a small privately owned dental office in Owasso, OK. We are professional, friendly, and welcoming. We have a focus on our patients health and providing quality care over quantity of care. We want our patients to feel welcomed and never pressured or rushed.

We work on an alternating schedule of Monday through Thursday one week followed by Tuesday through Friday the next. This gives us a four day weekend every other week while still allowing us one week day off per week.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and help patients as needed
- Schedule appointments and help manage the office calendar
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with data entry and transcribe documents as needed

Front Desk Receptionist

Skills:
- Experience working in a dental office is preferred, but will train the right candidate
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communication
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Front Desk Receptionist will be required to work on-site at our office location.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
