Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor
Front desk shift include checking guests in/out, cleaning Front Desk area and Mop the floor 1 time on your shift, printing reports. Answer the phone calls for make reservations and answer the questions. Greet walk-in guests, Do not leave Front Desk on your shift. Refer guests to local amenities. Before close your shift communicates with your co-worker on the status of guest rooms and guest requests. No matter what shift you work our guests come first! You are the face of this hotel.
For Night Auditor after 2 am we need help to fold laundry at night time or clean areas at night and always stay at the desk. If Morning person is late please stay at the desk until someone showed up. After 5am make a fresh coffee, If breakfast lady no show take out all bread trays from fridge and set up in breakfast area then microwave Biscuits and sausage and set up outside in container by 6:30 am.
Skills:
Must be proficient in the use of common Windows-based computer programs. Must be able to operate basic office machines, i.e., copier, fax, printer, etc. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
