Front Desk receptionist job will be Part Time position. Time requirements will be from (3:00 PM - 11:00PM) Pay is $12.00 per hour and 24 total hours per week and always a chance at 32-40 hours available depending on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the organization and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with project coordination, including organizing meetings and preparing materials
- Perform data entry tasks, such as updating contact information and maintaining databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages
- Transcribe documents and proofread for accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience in clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus for medical receptionist positions
