SalaryWe are seeking a bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our pediatric practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and managing patient records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for working with children. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Collect payments from patients and process credit card transactions.
- Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with scheduling tests and other medical procedures for pediatric patients.
- Provide general information to patients and families regarding pediatric services.
