Front Desk Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized office
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
