Busy rheumatology practice looking for an experienced medical Receptionist/Call Center Representative. The role is full time and will require 3 Saturdays per month. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate courteously, professionally, and effectively as well as handle the following responsibilities:
1. Handle all tasks/phone calls/voicemail communications efficiently and professionally.
2. Process payments.
3. Schedule appointment(s) for patients who call.
4. Cancel, change and confirm appointments as required.
5. Patient check-in and check-out
