OrlandoVets is seeking a Lead Veterinary Customer Service Coordinator at our Alafaya Trail Animal Hospital location, with an opportunity to earn $20-$25/hr. The Lead Customer Service Coordinator plays an integral role in our organization by building trusting relationships with our clients through exceptional Customer Service at all times. The Lead Customer Service Coordinator will assist the practice manager/leadership team in managing the flow of all patients through the veterinary practice and assisting the practice manager as needed in inventory management, hospital operations, equipment maintenance and training and development of the paraprofessional team. OrlandoVets is comprised of four growing, privately owned veterinary hospitals based in Central Florida offering team members flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a fun place to work!

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Veterinary Customer Service experience
- Competency using Avimark practice management software
- A genuine desire and drive to make people’s day as great as possible
- A commitment to high quality patient care and an appreciation for the human-animal bond
