Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Jan-Pro of Central Pa located in Harrisburg PA, has an opening for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This position provides administrative support to the local office. We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented individual who can perform well under pressure and can still provide excellent customer service. You must be available to work Monday through Friday; from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Answers phone calls, takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions.
• Be able to create, manage, and operate spreadsheets and company files.
• Complete inventory audits and order supplies for the office
• Coordinate with other Jan-Pro Mid-Atlantic offices for group projects and reach deadlines
• Other tasks as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in an office environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be vaccinated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
