Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator

Friedrichs Family Eye Center with locations in Danville and Chatham is seeking an outgoing, dependable, front office assistant to assist our patients. Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain office schedule
- Confirm appointments and verify insurance benefits.

- Perform data entry tasks to update records and maintain databases
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Ability to coordinate multiple calendars and manage schedules efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
