As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. You should be outgoing with a positive attitude, have excellent phone skills and be reliable. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Core Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Create Service Call work orders.
- Deliver mail to employees daily.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and work ethic.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detailed oriented and have good organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment setting.
- Experienced with MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry a plus.
