Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and organizing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience as a medical receptionist is beneficial
