Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face and voice of our company. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and ensuring the smooth functioning of our Front Desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and courteous demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Provide accurate information about the company, its services, and products to visitors and callers.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our company's professionalism.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in organizing company events and special projects as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, such as phones and computers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.

- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
