Front Desk Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our hotel, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the Front Desk. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and make reservations
- Schedule reservations and update existing reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional phone etiquette
