Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant

InMotion Wellness Studio Avon is looking for an outgoing, organized individual to help schedule appointments via phone calls and text messaging. This team member will be the first point of contact for new members scheduling sessions, and inquiring about the services we offer. InMotion Wellness Studio provides Assisted Motion and Recovery Therapy. It's a series of one on one services and stretches that are custom tailored to each clients needs. It's like personal training but for stretching.

This position will require extensive communication over the telephone. The position will require 50-75 outbound phone calls PER DAY to prospects and members of our studio.

This full-time position will be Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 6pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break) and Friday 8:30am to 1pm. Weekly hours may vary.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support to staff members

Experience:
- Previous experience working in an office or receptionist role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
