Job Responsibilities:
- Making Reservation
- Checking Guest
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Provide guests with verbal or written information about the facilities, services, room choices and rates, and area attractions
- Make room reservations following established procedures, using computerized system
- Handle guest arrivals and departures
- Handle guest reg card, keys and service
- Compile record sheets or log books, guest accounts
- process payments
- Problem resolution
Must pay attention to detail, and be ready to learn. Must work well individually as well as on a team. Must be able to set and maintain a steady working pace. Must be customer driven and ready to deliver a great guest experience at all times. The chosen candidate will have a friendly outgoing personality.
