SalaryRoyce U. S. Protection Service is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. If you have strong administrative and communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
As Front Desk Receptionist, you will:
- Join an established Security Firm
- Answer phone calls
- Screen and transfer calls as appropriate
- Take and distribute messages
- Provide basic information to callers
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Dispatch calls out
- Monitor the general email inbox
- Email proficient, to employees , supervisors and management
- Greet and welcome guests
- Complete Fingerprints/Background checks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
- Assist with filing documents
- Assist with monitoring office supply levels
- Ensure the office remains neat and orderly
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- 5 Years Front Desk Receptionist Experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must pass a background check
- Must past a drug screen
- Must have multiple line experience
