Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information about the company, products, and services to clients and visitors
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and transcribing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
