Duties
Scheduling phone, online, and in-person appointments
Provide exemplary customer service
Responding to company emails, text messages and correspondence
Light housekeeping and laundry, cleaning, maintain inventory counts
Opening/ closing office
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
At least two years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with scheduling software (Meevo a bonus)
Ability to mitigate client issues in a friendly and timely fashion
Friendly and welcoming demeanor
Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is a condition of employment
About Lakewood Massotherapy
We’ve been serving the community of Lakewood for almost 30 years. We are a diverse group of medical professionals that constantly strives for innovation and improvement in ourselves for the betterment of our clients. To that end, all our therapists and staff work with each other to find the best solution and results for our clients. The owner has been a therapist for over 20 years, has taught at numerous schools in the area, is a NCBTMB CEU provider, was recently a board member of the AMTA for the last four years and is hands-on in the clinic working alongside everyone else.
