```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and proofreading documents
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is REQUIRED!
- Call center experience preferred!
