The Front Desk Guest Services Representative ensures a friendly and receptive environment for guests and provides administrative functions of the sales department through accurate recording of customer traffic and production of reports with critical sales process metrics.
The position requires punctuality and dependable attendance as well as reliable transportation to and from work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Promptly greets every guest upon arrival to the showroom
- Answers incoming phone calls in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner.
- Checks in guests to the showroom, using our Company CRM, and updates guest information.
- Assists in providing a warm and positive environment for Guests, their children and fellow employees.
- Helps maintain a clean and comfortable environment (monitor facility, call appropriate vendor when needed).
- Takes accurate messages (live message, via email, no voicemail)
- Manages multiple call and desks logs for sales and finance as well as creating Daily Reports for distribution to Management team.
- Communicates effectively with Sales Managers, Finance Managers and Sales Staff.
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the GM/GSM.
Hours and Shifts (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING):
- Dealership hours: Monday – Saturday 8 am – 8 pm, Sunday from 12:30 – 6 pm.
- Dealership Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter, otherwise, Hours listed apply.
- Shifts are from 8-2 or 2-8, Monday thru Saturday, and 12:30-6 pm on Sundays.
- At least 2 closing shifts (2-8) per week are required.
- Every Other Sunday availability Required.
Skills:
- BILINGUAL Applicants a BIG PLUS (Spanish + English; Portuguese + English)
- Work history that includes administrative, reception, or other applicable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills as well as the ability to problem solve and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills
Additional Information / Requirements

This is an in-person position, no remote work available for this job role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 28 per week
