Front Desk Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills.

The hours are:

Monday-Thursday: 9-1 & 2:30-6:30

In addition to general reception duties, this position will also include:

- Taking Patient Histories

- Assisting with Therapies

- Posting payments to account

- Follow up on outstanding payments

- General data entry

- Closing responsibilities

- Keep clients on their doctor's recommended care plan
