Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the Front Desk. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.

Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide information to visitors and callers about our organization and services
- Assist with event planning and coordination

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with mental health clients is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
