Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer, assist, and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and provide assistance in a friendly and welcoming fashion
- Log phone and email service cases in CRM
- Complete daily deposits
- Prepare shipping labels and order FedEx and UPS pickups and deliveries
- Process in-coming and out-going mail including client invoices
- Coordinate company lunches and prep for meetings
- Manage office supply room - place orders and maintain stock
- Office and lobby maintenance – ensure Front Desk and lobby are tidy and organized, kitchen is maintained, all office plants are watered, and common areas are presentable
- Manage building maintenance vendors
- Provide administrative assistance as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work an 8:00am – 5:00pm shift in office, and attendance is an essential function

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills are a must
- Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Minimum of 1-year related work experience supporting a customer centric environment

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
